- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm sure it's easier to book a table at "The Ivy" then it is to book an appointment with a GP at Murdishaw Health Centre! Once you've battled through the phone system to be told all appointments have gone you then have the frustration of not been able to book an appointment in advance. It's as if they forget that people do work so need the facility to plan time off in advance. The sad thing is my experience of the Dr's there has always been good when you manage to get through the various layers of frustration to actually see them. Getting hold of a repeat prescription can also be equally as challenging - mind you it always helps if the opening hours you publish on-line are correct. For anybody expecting them to be open until 18.30 you're in for a surprise. I rocked up at 18.03 to be greeted by a row of steel shutters.by Phil LundDecember 18, 2016
